5-Stage Quality Control Process
Raw Material Inspection
Incoming aluminum foil film is tested for thickness, reflectivity, tensile strength and elongation before entering production.
In-Process QC
Dedicated QC inspectors monitor each production line, sampling every 15 minutes to check print quality, registration and seam integrity.
Inflation Testing
100% of balloons are inflated and checked for leaks, shape consistency and self-sealing valve function before packaging.
Finished Goods Inspection
Pre-shipment inspection follows AQL 2.5 standard. We welcome third-party inspection companies appointed by our buyers.
Export Documentation
All orders come with complete export documentation, CE/EN71 certificates, and IP license copies where applicable.
